A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Russian or Mandarin speakingProperty Conveyancer to join a thriving boutique law firm! In this role, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients and transactions. The successful candidatewill be able to work fully remotely while operating alongside a wonderful and supportive team!Who you are:• A qualified licensed conveyancer• Possesses 2+ years of experience working on residential property transactions• Strong understanding of Property Law procedures and principles• Positive and self – motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills• You MUST be able to communicate, both written and verbally, in either Russian or MandarinWhat you will do:• Daily client communications inclusive of obtaining client information and instructions• Drafting and reviewing sales – purchases agreements• Conducting searches• Preparing completion statements• Arranging fund transfers• Liaising with mortgage lenders and processing mortgage offers• Working and communicating effectively with the Practice Manager and wider teamBenefits:• Fully remote role• Monthly phone allowance• 20 days holiday + additional public holidays• Lovely team and working environment• Employee social day paid for by the firm once every 3 monthsTiger is B Corp Certified.
