Job Description

Key Property Asset Manager responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of day to day property management and ensure estates are run in an efficient and cost effective manner.
  • Identify and implement value add initiatives, surrenders, re-gears, property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for any estate management issues.
  • Authorise and monitor execution of works, plus management of on-site teams.
  • Organise regular occupier meetings.
  • Assist with special projects when needed.
  • Monitor service charges and arrears.
  • Service charge budgets and reconciliations against agreed SLAs.
Key Property Asset Management requirements:
  • Degree qualified and MRICS.
  • Experience managing commercial office assets.
  • Good knowledge of the L&T Act 1954.
  • Excellent communication, written and IT skills.
This a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor looking to move into a role that offers both Property and Asset Management responsibilities.Salary - £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus pension and discretionary bonus.Office based in Central LondonIf this opportunity is of interest and you have the experience required, please apply online.
