Job Description

Are you an experienced Property Accountant with a proven track record in the Real Estate industry Do you have a desire to work within a fast paced and well exposed role Would you thrive within a large team with a vibrant environmentAs a result of continual growth, I am recruiting for a Property Accountant to join a thriving Real Estate business based out of their Central London office on a hybrid basis.Reporting into the Client Accounting Manager, this Property Accountant position is responsible for supporting all areas of client accounting.Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Management of legacy items as agreed with management
  • Supporting with closure of year ends
  • Supporting the client accounting function with the maintenance and preparation of cash reconciliations
  • Carrying out all financial reporting from a client perspective
You will ideally be an accomplished Property Accountant within the Real Estate industry looking for a new challenge within a Global firm who are rapidly growing - this exciting opportunity will offer you the chance to build on your alreadyestablished Property Accounting background.
