Job Description

Project PlannerSalary/package: Up to £55,000, plus comprehensive company benefitsLocation: London or WInchesterWe are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Planner to join our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various projects within our organization, ensuring that timelines, resources, and deliverablesare managed efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for Telecom initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, assess feasibility, and define project scopes.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project milestones, resource allocation, and budget utilization.
  • Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project planning and management within the Telecom sector.
  • Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies in Telecom project management.
  • Experience working in a large-scale Telecom organization.
