Job Description

A highly acquisitive SaaS business experiencing a significant scale-up period via M&A activity require an Integration Project Manager on an interim basis to work fully remotely. The role will lead programme management of the integration of multiple acquisitionsand will project manage integrating and optimizing processes across the expanding business.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans for acquired companies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Managing integration projects of new acquisitions, defining project approach, delivery timelines and cost.
  • Defining and agreeing project scope, deliverables and timescales to ensure the business case can be articulated, understood and agreed
  • Work closely with diverse teams, including technology, finance, HR, and marketing, to foster a cohesive and integrated organizational structure.
  • Project manage the due diligence function to identify potential challenges and opportunities in the M&A process, providing insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with integration, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining business continuity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate effectively with key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment throughout the integration process.
Person Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on M&A and integration
  • Solid track record of successfully managing programs from initiation to completion
  • Technology industry experience would be preferable (not essential)
  • Ability to influence business decisions across all stakeholder groups
  • Project Management PMP, Prince 2 or MSP certification desired; although other professional business qualification will be considered.
