Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager - Fire Installation/Sprinkler SystemsLocation: Greater London AreaSalary: £50,000 - £70,000 (Negotiable)We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in Fire Installation and Sprinkler Systems to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of health and safety standards, with the ability to effectively projectmanage the installation of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with LPC rules and BSEN 12845 standards.Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the installation of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring compliance with current LPC rules and BSEN 12845 standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of installations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of installations.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the field of fire installation/sprinkler systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of LPC rules and BSEN 12845 standards.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to fire safety installations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications/certifications in project management and fire safety (desired).
