Job Description

Project Manager within Remediation, Compliance & Onboarding for a City based professional services firm. This is currently hybrid working but with a view to full time office based in the New Year. With strong reporting & presentation skills (Excel & PowerPoint),this Project Manager will be the point of first contact for this team; tracking performance and costs, ensuring the compliance files are processed & tracked, management reporting, KYC control framework, compliance, maintaining business continuity plans, changemanagement and technology. The Project Manager also co-ordinates different stakeholders to pro-actively address changing business needs.Reporting to the Head of Client Onboarding you will be managing a small team.

  • Running & managing both the KYC Support Helplines and mail inboxes.
  • Producing regular MI and data requests using Excel to advanced level
  • Initiating new Projects, identifying scope and resource planning
  • Working on Remediation projects
  • Managing the weekly Compliance Escalations processes
  • Ensuring new joiners are onboarded correctly
  • Producing interesting & informative PowerPoint Presentations for Head of Business Lines
  • Leading the process for implementing new policies and policy changes
  • Maintaining processes and procedures
  • Managing a small team
Essential experience
  • Management or Supervision of a small team
  • Prior experience of defining, creating and presenting Management Information
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Working knowledge of Client Onboarding processes, KYC and Compliance
