Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for running the University Caller Campaign in which prospective students/applicants will be given the opportunity to receive a telephone call from student ambassadors.Client DetailsA top university based in London.DescriptionKey responsibilities:

  • Communicating with applicants, offering them an opportunity to receive a call.
  • Organising and managing student ambassadors to do the calls.
  • Providing training to the ambassadors who are taking part in the campaign.
  • Recording when calls are made or arranging follow up calls.
  • Authorising payments to the student ambassadors.
ProfilePerson Specification:
  • Knowledge of the HE sector (preferable).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Project management or event management.
  • Experience of working with volunteers.
  • IT skills, particularly Excel (some CRM experience is also preferred).
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
