Job Description

Project Manager / UK Remote / £28.50 per hourOur client are recruiting for a Project Manager with experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Healthcare-related field. THey are a leading Biotechnology company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions.Responsibilities:

  • The Project Manager will work closely with our clients HEOR team, cross-functional teams, and regions & affiliates to develop and manage high-quality, integrated, cross-functional timelines/plans for the development of HEOR global deliverables.
  • Drive alignment of deliverables with overall product plans, including partnering with vendors, ensuring active risk management, and capacity planning.
  • Prepare reporting tools that document ongoing progress and activity (status slides/dashboards).
  • Support business-critical above-product workstreams or projects.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project management-related activities for HEOR global deliverables.
  • Provide project information to HEOR Product Lead / TA Head for incorporation into portfolio-level strategy, plans, and deliverables.
  • Guide each process to ensure that each HEOR deliverable is prepared in compliance with our clients SOPs.
  • Document key issues, decisions, and actions of team meetings that impact the delivery of HEOR global materials.
  • Escalate cross-functional project issues to HEOR leadership, relevant functional leaders, or regional leads as appropriate.
  • Implement decisions from GVA team meetings, governance reviews, and roundtable discussions.
  • Coordinate activities with external business partners where applicable.
  • Lead ad-hoc project meetings, document takeaways, and archive materials.
Ideal Persom
  • Experience in consultancy or a pharma company with a health economic team.
  • Good understanding of health technology assessments performed by NICE and similar agencies.
  • Strong project management skills with global or regional experience and multifunctional involvement
  • Experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Healthcare-related field.
  • Experience using Project Management tools, methodologies, practices, and infrastructure
  • Experience in delivering Health Technology Assessment (HTA) dossiers and communication with HTA Agencies.
  • Understanding of health technology assessments performed by NICE and similar agencies in Europe.
  • Project Management profile with experience in global or regional roles with multifunctional involvement.
  • Familiarity with budget management processes.
