PROJECT MANAGERA social science specialist university in the heart of London is looking for a Project manager to join the team on a temporary basis!PROJECT MANAGER ROLE:* Coordinating the new course development process to meet objectives, including course design and development workshops and meetings* Working with faculty and education technology partners to track progress against the project plan, key milestones, and timelines* Managing assigned courses, ensuring an accurate and up-to-date overview of active short courses and those in development, and that potential risks and problems are identified and addressed* Monitoring and reviewing student and tutor feedback, identifying areas of excellent performance which can be replicated and identifying where changes may be necessary to ensure a quality student experience* Working with the Operations Team to ensure that academic contracts are issued and managed* Developing an awareness of the external context the Online Short Courses operate in, providing insight on competitor activity and market trends to inform the future development of the programmes* Building strong and effective relationships with the diverse range of stakeholders engaged in delivering these courses, including senior LSE Faculty and colleagues at edtech partners* Developing processes for ensuring senior stakeholders are appropriately updated on the operation of these courses and engaged in evaluation and review activities* Working with the broader Online Learning team to develop a programme of Online Short Course Alumni Activity which supports the development of a long-term relationships between course participants and the university* Assisting with the planning, set-up and delivery of occasional activities organised for the promotion of these programmes and participant engagementPROJECT MANAGER ESSENTIALS: * 1 to 2 years Project Management experience* Experience ideally within education or learning* Digital Project Management experienceIf you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
