We believe that we need to have an attitude towards quality where we have No Compromise, and this attitude is now the core of Mazarsaudit culture globally.We are looking for a Project Manager to join our highly regarded team and help us embed No Compromise into the culture of the audit service line.ResponsibilitiesSat within the Audit line of service, reporting directly into the No Compromise Sponsoring Partner and ultimately the Audit Executive Committee.You will be responsible for the continuous strategic development, efficient, effective implementation, and longer-term value contributions of the No Compromise initiative.Key responsibilities include: No Compromise Program Development and Management; Embedding the culture of No Compromise into the Audit Service line; Running the project management tool and keeping on top of progress of many simultaneous projects under the No Compromise banner; Review and refine the current scope on No Compromise where necessary, to be fit for the future; Work with business contacts and other teams to ensure consistency across quality programmes nationally; Together with audit service line contacts develop proposals to address audit quality; Communicate best practices and other quality-related solutions and insights to the wider audit teams.Skills, Experience and Knowledge requiredEssential Criteria:

  • Project Management experience;
  • Experience in a professional services role (preferred not mandatory);
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • A basic understanding of survey tools and techniques;
Technical & Personal Skills:
  • Able to juggle multiple demands and to manage virtual teams;
  • Mindset for driving change and a critical thinker;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills which enable you to deal with internal stakeholders at all levels across the service line;
  • The ability to consult, understand problems and develop appropriate solutions;
  • Detail orientated;
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative;
  • Comfortable managing complex projects, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done; and
  • Behaviours consistent with Mazars values, a positive individual who can demonstrate they are truly a team player.
