Job Description

Job title - Project CoordinatorLocation - Farringdon EC1MContract - 12 months Hours - 35 hours per weekThe Role SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading housing provider as a Project Coordinator. The company is looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join their team and help them achieve their vision of creating safe and proud communities.Your key duties within the role will include:

  • Manage a register of requests and ideas coming into the team and allocate to relevant member of staff, team, project, or programme.
  • Coordinate, manage and maintain any Integration and Transformation programmes to ensure there is visibility of all organisational activity.
  • Prepare progress reports across programme(s) / portfolio(s) / project(s).
  • Carry out analysis and produce programme / portfolio / project reports.
  • Prepare & deliver presentations, charts and reporting.
  • Quality assures projects and PMO activity and produce recommendations.
  • Facilitate and support meetings and processes in the wider business, projects and governance framework.
  • Lead on creating, publishing, and maintaining department communication.
  • Maintain department toolsets, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage PMO Calendar & Inbox.
  • Lead and support the development and management of team building activities.
Key requirements
  • Good understanding of programme & project management.
  • Good understanding of project management tools including Monday.com, MS Project and Miro.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - must build and maintain positive relationships and networks.
  • Exceptional customer experience skill - must deliver a great experience every time.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient.
  • Excellent time management, organisational and forward planning skills.
  • Ability to get things done.
  • Can use Word and Excel.
  • Able to collate data and present recommendations.
  • Can use data to produce reports and recommendations.
  • Can present information in clear way thats understood by intended audience.
