Job Description

Type - TemporaryPay - £250-£350 per dayStart - ASAPDuration - up to 4 monthsHours - 35hrs per weekWork pattern - Mostly remote but will be expected in the office on occasionLocation - City of LondonOur client is a leading membership body based in central London. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team, supporting the Programme Management Office in the delivery of complex projects in a dynamic environment.What your responsibilities will be:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project and programme documentation.
  • Organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Representing the PMO where necessary.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Chair and/or facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support with progress and coordination of communications.
What the client is looking for:
  • Experience within a similar role desirable.
  • Experience in working with, and management of project documents, such as RAID logs etc.
  • Industry experience desirable.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent diary and task management.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using a variety of systems.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
