Job Description

Talentedge are actively recruiting for a Project Analyst for a leading Media Agency in Central London paying up to £35k, with hybrid working.Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of assigned jobs from start to finish.
  • Key escalation point on client receipts relating to your projects.
  • Liaising with financial operations for any system or payment queries.
  • Supporting agency with Pay When Paid (PWP) policies and processes.
  • Ensuring a proactive approach for PWP as these individuals will be raising the billing and ensuring the AP invoice is being processed and paid.
  • Supporting with supplier set-up and payments. Helping to ensure zero risk to shoot kick-off.
  • Project reconciliation preparation at the end of all projects and supporting our producers and account management teams with project reconciliations.
  • Attend kick-off meetings to ensure client funds are received and suppliers are paid on time.
  • Reconciliation invoicing to close jobs and projects once invoicing is paid in full.
Candidates must have:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the business.
  • Proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Patient and persistent.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative working style.
  • Experience within an advertising media environment is desirable.
  • A willingness to learn, jump-in and pick things up quickly.
