Job Description

This global consulting firm are looking to hire a Project Support Coordinator to work closely with their wider Scheme Implementation Manager in the onboarding of new clients in to their highly successful and rapidly expanding Defined Contribution MasterTrust workplace savings vehicle.You will be involved in activities such as:

  • Arranging client meetings/calls and drafting agendas
  • Preparing and maintaining a detailed project plan with multiple workstreams
  • Establishing the project governance framework for each project by creating client specific RAID trackers and other project management documentation
  • Day-to-day interaction with project stakeholders and on-going management & tracking of project actions, risks and issues, scope and lessons learned
  • Arranging project closedown meetings, collating feedback and capturing key decisions.
Youll also support the wider Project Team by managing and tracking updates across the programme, and by producing associated MI to provide regular programme level reporting to Management Team.Candidates MUST have a background in Programme and/or Project Management support in a similar onboarding environment (ideally within occupational pension schemes) and possess the willingness and ability to help build new processes, documentation and methodologyas the team develops, and be adaptable to new ways of working.Candidates will also need experience in using MS Project and in preparing project plans and other project governance material, and of working on several projects simultaneously. The ability to work with multiple stakeholders and resolve issues in a matrixenvironment is also highly desirable.Individuals showing progression toward Prince2 or similar project management qualification, or interest in completing these exams would be especially welcomed.
