The Stakeholders must NOT just be in IT (for instance). We need a Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager who has worked on significant, business critical Programmes where your stakeholders are the likes of the COO, the CFO or even Partners of the CEO themselves! This individual MUST also have delivered Programmes / Projects related to either Application Development and Software Development (SDLC) in the past. Any significant platform or portal Programme Management experience would be welcomed.Something to be aware of as well is this employer is linked to a 3rd party where you would be employed by the 3rdparty organisation but exclusive to the company. The reason for this is because of streamlining the amount of international people they hire. There will be a base salary, a 3% pension, a discretionary bonus (paid at 5% 2 years ago and 20% last year, so it can fluctuate) and there is no private health care. Also, due to the company structure and how hierarchy works in this business, although we are looking for a Programme Management level candidate, your title will be Senior Project Manager. You would report into the Programme Manager who is realistically morelike a Programme Director. Read on for more detailsQualifications
