Global Digital Programme Manager, Programme Director, Big 4 ONLY, Agile, ITIL, Global Capability, Remote with some Global travelProgramme Manager required to work for a Global Consultancy company based in Central London. However, this role would be working from home. We will ONLY consider candidates for this role with a Big 4 background. In a nutshell, we need a seasoned Programme Manager who has Global capability, a Digital vision (with proven Digital experience) and solid exposure to reporting into C-Level Management and dealing with Stakeholders at the highest level. We want someone whohas faced off to key business stakeholders within the Big 4. We almost need a good politician who knows how to manage the most senior of Stakeholders, along with being prepared to roll your sleeves up and get the job done. If a Stakeholder needs to have a call with you on a Saturday or Sunday, you need to be flexibleand jump on it! We need someone with a good, solid work ethic who is prepared to do what it takes to get the job done. This role is almost like a Programme Director who is capable of the strategic thinking but is also prepared to get involved with Delivery. A typical Programme Director in the Big 4 would have most likely stepped away from delivery by now and is solely focusedon strategy. We need that kind of person, but who misses the delivery side and wants to throw themselves back into it. We need a good, solid, proven leader with the biggest of battle scars in order to turn this into a success. Attitude is key, along with being prepared to work hard…and jump on a plane every now and again. ALL travel expenses are paid, even if this means a visitto the London office.
