Program Manager (Mainframe Migration) - B2B Data Analytics - (£600 - £800 Per Day) - 6 Month Contract + Remote WorkingOverview: My client, a global leader in the Data & Analytics space are looking for a Program Manager with extensive Mainframe migration experience to join one of their growing teams in London on a remote basis.Key responsibilities include: Overall E2E project management responsibility for the delivery of the capabilities for International Products. Working in partnership with the Technology Project Leads, define, track and manage the project to ensure delivery to budget and committed timelines. Ensuring SLAs, metrics and continuous improvement measures are in place and can be demonstrated. Manage a significant project budget, understanding, challenging and proactively managing their cost and time position to mitigate potential delays and identify efficiencies Ensure minimal disruption to commercial business activities during the implementation process to enable a smooth transition. Identify all interfaces and independencies and oversee migration of data from multiple sources to ensure all business requirementsare maintained Identify any dependencies, risks and issues and ensure mitigation plans in place Work closely with regional representatives from multiple global teams to ensure an effective cross-functional approach Coach, develop and challenge the project team (direct reports or otherwise) to a successful implementationExperience Required: Proven track record of leading a major Technology transformation programmes across multiple countries as a senior project manager, preferably within a large organisation Strong project management and organizational skills with experience of managing complex projects and performance management of suppliers Experience with Mainframe Migrations/ Cloud Migrations. Strong Technology background - knowledge of agile delivery practices, large scale data platforms (GCP,AWS). Ability to define and implement KPIs around quality, efficiency and delivery for large distributed scrum teams.
