Job Description

  • Location: London / Hybrid
  • Reporting to: Group CISO
  • 12 month FTC (potential to go permanent)
  • £85,000 - £100,000
Leading a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and SMEs collaborating with IT team to delivery information security change order across program initiatives.Manage the Information Security portfolio, including alignment with infosec strategy and security frameworksResponsibilities:
  • Identify gaps, refine information security capability and uplift governance controls
  • Leadship of Project Management Practice, mentoring, coaching and empowering the team
  • Collaborate with the CISO and CTO to create new ideas and build information security agenda
  • Lead Infosec flagship projects to direct, address blockers and find solutions
  • Regular and accurate financial tracking of both portfolio finances and BAU finances
  • Build strong productive relationships within the business, IT and external third parties, in order to deliver effective solutions
Skills required:
  • Extensive experience of Infrastructure Security and Information Security
  • Deep expertise in leading infosec strategy, identifying gaps and improvements
  • Knowledge of information security technologies and frameworks
  • Leadership of Project teams and close engagement with technical teams
  • Have practical experience of planning and resource scheduling within the project process
  • Be highly results driven, with the energy and determination to succeed in a very fast paced environment
  • Have the intellect and gravitas to influence and gain credibility with the business and IT
  • Be creative, proactive, logical and innovative and will not just accept the status quo
  • Able to adapt communication style to their audience, providing detail or a high level view
  • Have personal drive, energy and commitment
