* Experience of working in or with the NHS, or a similar* Experienced Project Coordinator or Programme Coordinator.* Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook andProgramme CoordinatorOur Client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator or Programme Coordinator.This position is initially a contract until 31st October 2021 Who will you be working forOur Client is a London based not for profit membership organisation for healthcare professionals; they are innovative and leaders in the sectors best practice.What will you be doingAs Programme Coordinator you will coordinate the running and delivery of audit related projects. You will be interacting with stakeholders, clinical teams and other internal and external bodies/organisation. You will be coordinating meetings, agendas and writing reports. The programme Coordinator will require a high level of administration and report writing.You will also:* Work closely with the project manager and programme manager as and when necessary, this may require dealing with complex/substantial work projects, with many external stakeholders.* Be responsible for organising and delivering key aspects of projects within the wider programme work.* Ensure that the audit programmes meetings and events, communications activities, reporting and quality improvement work are coordinated effectively.* Edit and proof-read documents.* Work with statisticians/analysts to support data checking and cleansing, preparation of reports, ensuring data is administered/managed within legal frameworks.* Support the wider team with any other general administrative work.You will need:* Experience of working in or with the NHS, or a similar clinical organisation in an administrative/co-ordination role.* Experience of co-ordinating activities for complex/substantial work programmes, with numerous external customers, to challenging deadlines.* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.* An ability to establish relationships and communicate effectively with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.* Excellent time management skills.* Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.* Experience of meetings and workshop management; planning, organisation, hosting and minute/note taking.* Experience of using different media, including social media platforms, to communicate creatively with a wide range of audiences and to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.How to applyThe Programme Coordinator is initially a contract until 31st October 2021; paying a salary of £27,716 - £30,795 pa (salary is dependent on experience).Note, the deadline for applications (covering letter with CV) to our Client is Thursday 25th June..
