Programmatic Ops Director - Start Up Ad Tech - £55,000 - £65,000 + 20% bonus and Equity!The CompanyMy client are a start up Ad Tech that have been around since 2018! They have grown from 7 people to 14 during COVID and show no sign of slowing down as the year continues! My client have a revolutionary tech that brings the high-quality ad experiences of social media to the open web.They are currently working with a number of the worlds leading agencys and clients directly and are now looking for their first Programmatic hire who will report directly in to the founder to build the programmatic offering from the ground up!!The Job

  • Defining the trading strategies for the business to hit goals set over the next 2 - 3 years
  • Be at the forefront of programmatic innovations and rolling this out to your clients
  • Be the Go To for everything programmatic for clients and co workers
  • Heading up the Ad Techs programmatic offering
  • The chance to build out an award winning trading team
    • You
  • Deep understanding of ad-tech ecosystem and technologies that power it
  • Proven expertise defining and implementing trading strategies on major DSPs
  • Technical skills, namely, Excel/Sheets data analysis and proven ability to troubleshoot adtech/adops problems.
