Job Description

I’m currently working with a luxury clothing company that is looking for a Production Coordinator . This is an exciting opportunity for an adaptable, detailed driven individual to join their team.This is a great role for someone who is interested in luxury goods and who thrives on being in an organised design studio environment . You will be part of a growing team.The role:

  • See product through from development handover to production and deliveries.
  • Coordinate all aspects of raw materials and raw materials stock for production, including ordering trims.
  • Coordinate, create and plan all appointed factory production orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers .
  • Raise and check purchase orders and invoices.
  • Work alongside production garment tech on any amends to the garments.
  • Check-in of stock and identify packing list complete.
  • React and respond to any problem-solving for production.
  • Support the process between Technical and Product Development.
  • Follow up on shipments of cloth/trims and orders to the factory and send garments out to customers, in accordance with the sales team.

  • Detail-oriented Highly organised and Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Keeps calm under pressure
