A well-known artist management and production company is looking for a Finance Manager to report to the Finance Director and manage two Finance Assistants.This is an excellent opportunity to be responsible for overseeing the finances of the Promotions division of the group that comprises Live touring, Press and Marketing. As the main point of contact for this company you will be responsible for business partneringwithin the group and dealing with senior stakeholders.Key responsibilities* Preparation of month end production packs, including trial balance, cost manager, creditors report, bank reconciliation and quarterly VAT return for each production* Cash flow forecasting* Liaise with Production Execs re actuals and costs, production payroll and under and overspends against budget* Assisting in production close downs including closing bank accounts and transferring balances to the main ledgers, and generating a final cost report* Processing and payment of invoices in the accounting system* Entry of internal recharges and WIP balances * Reconciliation of weekly/monthly cost reports* Administering Pre-paid cards to the production team, ensuring all forms have been filled in and timely reconciliation is completed.* Preparation of weekly / monthly production payrollAbout you* Previous TV/Film/Content production accounting experience is required* Experience of Sage Accounts is desirable but not essential* Ability to communicate well with non-financial minded/creative individuals
