This work has the opportunity to drive cohesion and clarity across our multiple customer types and many product offerings.We have many design challenges in our pipeline, and this role will be at the forefront of our efforts, focusing on the heart of our digital projects and main customer journey. The full range of skills from user experience, interaction design, prototyping,visual design, and user research to build impactful experiences will be utilized. In this position, you will be close to the pixels and partnering with a senior-level designer, participating in concept development, delivering wireframes, mocks and testableprototypes that can help you validate design decisions. You will need to follow up with engineers to ensure the design is implemented effectively. The ideal candidate for this role thrives collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver productexperiences that enhances peoples understanding of complex data. They will work closely with the product owner to define projects appropriately scoped for our highest priority needs, proactively seek regular design feedback, ask clarifying questions in theface of ambiguity, and stay closely aligned to ambitious deadlines. They are able to precisely articulate design rationale from both a site architecture and product point of view and can present to diverse stakeholders from all across the company.
