Job Description

ServiceNow Product Owner - Contract - RemoteOur client, a rapidly growing IT services company, are looking for an experienced, senior ServiceNow product owner to join them to assist with their ServiceNow implementation in 2023.This is our clients largest system implementation ever and as such they are looking for an exceptional candidate to come in and lead the team, someone who has been through a large ServiceNow implementation in the past.This role is mostly remote working, however there will be some time expected in their offices for critical business meetings.Qualifications/Skills/Experience:Must Have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analysis, Solutions Architect or Product Owner role.
  • Confidence in leading Agile teams and have experience of change/adoption management, user support and training requirements.
  • Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at all levels to scope and shape projects as well as dealing with issues and escalations.
  • A data-minded and analytical approach to working.
  • A demonstrable track record of getting stuff done whilst managing competing pressures and deadlines and retaining an eye for detail and quality.
  • A passion for technology and its ability to have a positive impact on business.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with DevOps, Asana and CloudBlue.
  • Experience with RPA: AA, UiPath or Blue Prism.
  • Experience of B2B Supply chain.
