Product Manager - UCITS - 12m FTC to Perm

Key Activities

Work in partnership with the business to prioritise the product pipeline of work.
Leading product launches, share class launches, changes, restructures andthe ongoing product management of the product range working with the Head of Product
Ensure that the range is fit for purpose and that fund documentation remains up to date and consistent with the regulatory environment
Support the planning and project management of initiatives working closely with relevant departments including Distribution; Legal; Compliance; Operations; Risk etc
Ensure that product work is conducted in line with regulatory requirements and the firm’s required areas of product suitability, product governance and treating customers fairly.
Ongoing proactive review of industry and regulatory developments, with the associated project management and implementation
Help with the ongoing management of the Assessment of Value and Consumer Duty.
Prepare management information for senior management on product management initiatives.
Management of internal product databases and ensure the accuracy of information.
Analyse regulatory and tax changes and implications.

Experience

Degreelevel, and good academics
Strong understanding of the regulatory framework of UCITSfunds
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time, and prioritise appropriately
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good working knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment
Ability to build strong working relationships
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
