A Product Manager - KYC & Authentication / Biometrics Product Manager / Senior Product Manager is needed by a growing SaaS provider in the Biometrics and consumer authentication industry.There are 2 roles, one PM will look after the KYC product, and the other responsible for the Authentication vertical.The respective Product Manager - KYC & Authentication / Biometrics Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the product roadmap, performance and development of their product, driving growth and understanding ever evolving customer needs.The Product Manager - KYC & Authentication / Biometrics Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:-Their product roadmap, strategy and overall performance (either KYC or Authentication product)-Defining the vision for the product, leading on priority decisions and go-to-market strategy-Working closely with key stakeholders, ensuring product requirements are delivered effectively-Leading on all end to end product development-Leading on competitor analysis, user research and strategic planning for your vertical-Working closely with Sales and Marketing departments, ensuring they are fully equipped -Driving new product development, greenfield projects and new revenue streams-Delivering engaging internal and external product release presentations-Working closely with the engineering and tech team, running sprints, improving ways of working and iterating against customer needs-Be the voice of the customer, building out user research processes ensuring the business is maintaining a properly customer led approachThe Product Manager - KYC & Authentication / Biometrics Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will have:-Experience working on or with KYC or Authentication (Biometrics ideal) either vendor or client side - this is a must!-A strong background in product management, either B2B or B2C-A good balance of technical and commercial skills, you can bridge the gap-Experience working on product integrations and the processes involved-Knowledge of IAM and identity authentication-A natural data driven approach, twinned a passion for your users and their needs-A track history of scaling a successful product vertical or portfolio-History taking new products to market, with an iterative agile approach -Worked in fast paced environments, testing and failing fastThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Product Manager - KYC & Authentication / Biometrics Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to join a business going through an impressive growth stage following their most profitable year yet.
