Job Description

Product Manager, eCommerce, Media, Entertainment One of the UKs most reputable Agencies within its sector. Youll be working alongside some of the most talented digital minds in the industry across a portfolio of platforms. Youll be an important part of the planning, scoping and management of the productroadmap, and for the coordination of the rest of the team. Youll keep BAU work flowing through the team and keep stakeholders in touch with whats going on. A proactive nature and keen eye for detail is essential.Responsibilities

  • Working closely with some of the most talented designers, strategists and engineering teams in the industry
  • Playing a leading role in the realisation of world class products, analysing requirements and seeing the project through to ensure key business and client objectives are achieved
  • A key client point of contact throughout the project - driving progress through clarity of product vision
  • Defining requirements which allow the team to estimate tasks confidently
  • Organising and managing roadmaps and product backlogs - along with the Project Manager, ensuring that internal and external teams deliver against this
  • Tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and ensuring key stakeholders are kept up-to-date
  • Identifying and surfacing challenges, changes and key risks as they arise during the project - then working with Account Managers and Project Managers to manage change and/or client expectation.
  • Developing other members of the project team in areas of Product Management values, principles and practices
  • Communicate risks and issues and proposed mitigations regarding scope and scope-creep
Ideal candidate
  • An experienced mid-senior level Product Manager with experience of working on design and technical projects using Agile methodologies
  • Familiar working with design and technology teams - understanding the need to balance creative innovation with technical development realities
  • A strong communicator with the ability to manage, influence, negotiate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and clients at all levels
  • Passionate about user centric design and technology
  • Able to describe technical landscapes with an ability to articulate technical choices and trade-offs to stakeholders and clients outside of technical team
  • Forward thinking and strong at identifying dependencies, risks and issues - working with Project Managers to define creative mitigation plans
  • Analytical with great organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • A motivated self-starter able to handle complexity and ambiguity
  • Highly experienced working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro
