Job Description

Product Manager - Financial Services Compliance Software �Salary: £55K + Discretionary Bonus company performanceLocation: London HybridRole Description:Were partnered with a Fin-Tech compliance organisation seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the compliance software product requirements.The software serves as a valuable tool for compliance professionals, facilitating their day-to-day tasks across various regulatory activities within the financial services sector.Prior knowledge of the sector is advantageous for this role.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the software "wish list" for modifications and new features.
  • Provide priority recommendations to the CPO and contribute to steering the development roadmap.
  • Collaborate internally with product owners, developers, sales, marketing, and support teams to prioritize product design and requirements.
  • Conduct hands-on client listening and user research to understand needs, motivations, and pain points.
  • Conduct market research to identify client needs, and market trends.
  • Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on consumer insights and market analysis.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong software product management experience and related roles.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
