Job Description

PRODUCT MANAGERUP TO £55,000-60,000 + BENEFITSLONDON (CENTRAL)This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Product Manager for an innovative, well-backed Marketplace that are currently revolutionising their market. This is a new development set up by entrepreneurs from world-leading technology platforms who have atrack record for advising some of the worlds largest companies.The interview process will involve a short introductory conversation with the Head of Product, 1 conversation with a Founder and an in-person case study to get a good feel for the companys excellent culture.THE COMPANYThe successful Product Manager will have the opportunity to work within an excellent company culture, who are looking to create industry-leading products. This company has taken a new approach to its market, as they are seeing great success whilst redefininghow people use maintanance.This company is backed by some of the most influential business leaders and institutions across Europe, having raised substantial funding to support their exponential growth.THE ROLEAs a Product Manager, you will be involved in creating, managing and monitoring products and product features with the goal of acquiring and retaining customers.More specifically you can expect to be involved in the following;

  • Owning the product roadmap - focusing on improving processes for customers through customer journies
  • Analysing and interpreting ab tests
  • Integrating products into workflows
  • Agile working with the goal of continuously improving development processes in collaboration with the development team
  • End-to-end construction, development and monitorisation of products and product features
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful Product Manager will have the following skills and requirements;
  • Experience working with full ownership over products, including end-to-end management
  • Experience analysing and interpreting ab tests
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communicational skills with a strong ability to work cross-functionally
  • Good experience developing customer journeys that have translated into an excellent customer experience
  • Proven experience in driving acquisition/retention desirable
  • Experience managing products in a digital environment are essential
THE BENEFITSThe successful Product Manager will receive a salary up to £60,000 as well as an extensive benefits package incl. options.
