Job Description

Company: Live Nation EntertainmentDepartment: Live Nation Digital TeamLocation: Angel/Farringdon, LondonReports to: Associate Director of ProductWorking hours: Full time, permanentAs a Product Manager at Live Nation you will be involved in the development and strategy of next generation global websites and apps for the international Live Nation business.The Live Nation Digital Tech Team (LNDT) drives the fan experience across 31 international Live Nation sites, covering 51 countries and 29 languages. We are truly responsible for the online face of the business and are the team who help fans discover andbuy the tickets they just cannot miss out on. As well as our core business with the Live Nation sites, we support and manage over 200 festival and venue sites. These work independently but within our framework and we are required to meet their needs whilstallowing them autonomy.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Supporting the product life cycle for high traffic consumer facing websites and associated CMS, CRM and APIs.
  • Working closely with creative and engineering teams during the development cycle to ensure a high quality, effective product which meets customer requirements.
  • Defining product specifications using clear and consistent user stories with any acceptance criteria or supporting documentation supplied.
  • Involved in product roll out, communication to stakeholders and training users.
  • Conducting market research and analysing site and feature performance.
  • Analysing and reporting on the performance of features in production and helping to identify areas for continuous improvement.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
  • Agile product management experience, ideally using Jira Atlassian tools.
  • Experience with client and public facing web services/APIs.
  • Experience of deciphering business needs and converting requirements into clear, coherent specifications using user stories, acceptance criteria and any other supporting documentation.
  • Able to clearly communicate ideas and requirements with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ideally experienced with mobile web solutions, responsive design and SEO optimisation.
  • Product research and discovery skills including competitive analysis.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics and also Multivariate/A-B campaign tools.
