You will be responsible for ensuring there are enough drivers enrolled to meet future campaign demand, assistthe development team create an effective mobile app for drivers and work alongside an existing Product Manager to develop the mobile apps key metrics.This is a hands on role in a thriving start-up with proven traction.Job Breakdown Create strategies that acquire and retain drivers Using your experience of driver acquisition youll help develop the driver mobile app Build and develop product roadmaps, identifying growth opportunities Measure how product improvements affect performance marketing Manage partner marketing agencies on PPC, SEO, PR and ad budgets Design effective dashboards, analytics and metrics to help achieve business objectives Constant experimentation and innovation to stay ahead of competitors and industry tendsCandidate Requirements 3+ years experience in product management with proven record of growth management User centric approach to working with software development Exceptional communication skills Understanding of technical debt and the long-term effect is has on creating technical issues and wider business impact Comfortable working closely with product teams Big picture mindset with strong attention to detail Values user feedback to view problems from users eyesBonus Points For Proficiency in programming Experience with long-term product road mapping Experience working with Jira, Clickup etc. Experience with Epics, dashboards, stakeholder viewing and planning toolsBenefits Access to company (electric) car Office snacks, drinks, beer and wine Team days out EMI options based on milestones achieved
