Were the worlds largest theatre company, with 57 iconic venues in the UK, US and Germany, and market-leading ticketing brands selling around 11 million UK tickets in a typical year and looking to grow all areas of product, data and engineering.Aboutthe role, the team and how we work:This is a pivotal position help shape the user journey and experience for the UKs largest musical theatre ticketing website atgtickets.com - both for our audiences as well as the producers we serve.You will work closelywith the Product and Software Engineering teams but also wider business teams such as the Ticketing teams, Food & Beverage teams, Marketing teams and other ATG stakeholders to build customer-centric experiences.Drive user experience design from end-to-end,including discovery, ideation, conception, detailed design, prototypes and validation across multiple products and areas.Your role will naturally span a wide area, with key points including: Utilise a multi-disciplinary approach to design Provide engagingand intuitive user experiences across our digital products Proactively seek qualitative and quantitative customer insight and data to inform design decisions. Test design concepts with customers and iterate designs in response to customer feedback. Createdesign specification documents, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc, that address validated customer and business problems. Work within and actively develop a component-based design system. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and Data Analyststo ensure designs meet business, customer and technical needs. Be a strong advocate for user-centric design practices when solving design requests and challenges. Encourage this user-centric culture and enforce UX and brand guidelines for each of our digitalsolutions. A strong communicator, with the ability to liaise with Product owners and other stakeholders to understand their roadmaps and requirementsExperience of a range of the following would be great: Sketch, Abstract, Zeplin,.
