Hybrid Working, 2 days onsite in London, Product Analyst, Power BI, Data Modelling, Posthog, Smartlook (behaviour product analysis) Cross Functional Experience, Digital HealthcareMy leading client is looking for a Product Analyst to join a Digital project team in the Healthcare sector so any experience in that area will be ideal. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and makerecommendations. Tech stack isAdvanced Power BI skills,Data modelling,DAX, dashboard optimisationIntegration with multiple data sources,You must have the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and mentor team members on best practices. Experience of PostHog or Smartlook (or similar behavioural product analysis and experimentation tools) in terms of setup, developing dashboards & analysing the outputs would be great. Along with a proven ability to operate at pace identifying key insightsfrom experiments with target patients in order to learn, refine, and validate various hypotheses. With the ability to link leading indicator insights to lagging insights in order to make strong recommendations to the team.You will be used to contribute to a best practices product discovery playbook with the emphasis on data-led decision and be proactive in identifying & extracting commercially-orientated datapoints off the back of campaign activity, and establishing subsequentdashboards & reporting workflows.
