Do you enjoy analyzing data and identifying trends Are you passionate about driving change to continuously improve processes Do you have a knack for engaging multiple stakeholders with conflicting needs At the Amazon Logistics EU Delivery Service Partners (DSP) Escalations team, we own all EU wide initiatives in Driver and DSP 1.0/2.0 escalations. We are looking for a Process Manager for Property Damage that will engage in tasks requiring a balanced mix ofsoft and hard skills. The candidate will dive deep into data, create forecasts based on multiple external variables and build scalable mechanisms (e.g. dashboards, reports) to support our Sr. Managers decisions on continuously improving our VP-level KPIs.The candidate will also use that very same data to estimate benefits, gain alignment with stakeholders and lead process improvement initiatives to increase our incident management efficiency.Responsibilities include:- Perform deep dives and forecasts using a variety of dynamic data sources to define VP-level goals and build reports surfacing trends and root causes.- Create scalable mechanisms (e.g. dashboards) to allow KPI monitoring by our stakeholders and support our Sr. Program Managers with benefit estimations for their projects. - Engage with Delivery Station Associates, Safety and Operations Corporate Managers to find new data sources and drive correlation between our KPIs and Ops metrics.- Drive improvement initiatives to guarantee the Operational Excellence of our processes, including tech (e.g. automation, Salesforce) solutions. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:London, GBR | Manchester, GBRBASIC QUALIFICATIONS - A degree- Relevant experience working with data from different sources to identify trends, discover root causes and justify improvement opportunities by measuring benefits.- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Minitab, Python or other data analysis tools to perform scalable deep dives and forecasts. - Experience developing reports and dashboards, proposing solutions based on stakeholders needs. - Relevant project management skills, successfully driving tech and non-tech projects to achieve continuous improvement.- Fluent English (both written and verbal). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with Salesforce case management (highly preferred)- Experience in Logistic or Finance roles.- Familiarity with DMAIC and other Six Sigma tools.- Experience in the insurance industry.
