Job Description

Morgan McKinley currently have a very exciting opportunity for a Process Analyst to work with an established legal firm, who are looking to grow out their process function. This law firm has been growing massively year and year with ever role being newlycreated due to increased client base.Salary - £45,000 / £55,000Locations - 12 UK Wide Offices - Head Office, London - Hybrid working, 2 Days a week office based.Permanent OpportunityWhat the client is looking for:

  1. Successfully Delivering Complex Transformation or Change Projects in a Law Firm: You should have experience in successfully managing and delivering complex transformation or change projects within a law firm context.
  2. Process Redesign & Adoption: Experience in process redesign and adoption, likely related to Lean methodologies.
  3. Lean Six Sigma Certification: Minimum Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma, and ideally Black Belt training, which indicates expertise in Lean methodologies.
  4. Prince 2 Foundation Project Management Certification: Possession of a Prince 2 Foundation Project Management Certification, indicating proficiency in project management.
  5. Supplier/Contractor Management Experience: Experience in managing relationships with suppliers or contractors.
  6. Candidate with experience working in a legal environment: Desirable though not essential
General Duties:
  1. Maintain High Standards of Service: Ensure that the high standard of service offered to the firms internal clients is maintained and contribute to the professional reputation of the function.
  2. Supervision: Expect to receive varying degrees of supervision on a day-to-day basis.
  3. Build Professional Relationships: Establish and maintain positive professional relationships with partners and employees within the firm.
  4. Trusted Advisor: Act as a Trusted Advisor by building relationships with all business services teams to ensure a consistent approach and service.
