Mayfair Family office is looking for a hands on degree educated EA to look after the lifestyle of a high profile principal, a varied and demanding role that will manage all aspects of the principals private life.The role will involve a huge amount of travel often at short notice and candidates must beon call 24/7.Reporting directly into the principal and working very closely with the business EA the remit of this this role will cover:Liaising with all suppliers and contractors for his UK & American residences, as well as managing household staff, his chauffeur and crew for his private planeHousehold recruitment - positions include House Managers, Housekeepers, Housemen, Gardeners, both in the UK and abroadDeal with all matters concerning his high value art pieces: shipping, storing, archiving, restoration.Liaising with auction houses and authorising bidsManaging the principals social calendarPreparing global accommodation prior to his arrivalAble to travel and spend time abroadAssisting with project management including property and luxury goods acquisition.Assisting with events/holiday preparationSuccessful applicants must have proven lifestyle and private household experience for an UHNW individual and be very au-fait with demands of this culture. The ideal candidate will need to be on call and have the ability to travel at short notice and potentiallybe away for weeks at a time.
