Job Description Are you an experienced Private Client Tax Manager who is interested in joining a Big 4 Accounting Practice in their FS Private Client team If so, then check out the role below! A Private Client Tax team in the Big 4 is recruiting for a Private Client Tax Manager to join their team of c.85 people in Central London. As a Tax Manager youll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals, private equity executives and business owners on a broad range of complex matters, providing high level advice, consulting services and being activelyinvolved in business development. Your responsibilities as a Private Client Tax Manager will include:
  • Working on a diverse and broad portfolio of client engagements
  • Advising clients and internal stakeholders on the latest tax technical issues
  • Utilise your experience of managing complex tax issues facing owners, founders and executives, as well as privately or family owned businesses
  • Supervising, coaching and providing regular feedback to Senior Associates and Associates
  • Helping to develop new client relationships, as well as identifying and pursuing new opportunities
  • Keeping up to date with the latest tax technical developments in order to provide best services
Youll be ACA or CTA qualified with demonstrable experience as a Manager in a Private Client Tax team, where youve provided advisory services to clients, and may have gained experience working with clients in the Private Equity or Alternative Investments sector.You will need to be a confident communicator, team player and and ideally have had experience managing.
