Job Description

Fram Search are delighted to be working with a reputable and established Wealth Manager who are keen to hire a Private Client Administrator into their team at an exciting time of growth.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing exceptional support to client-facing teams
  • Processing and submitting new business providers
  • Preparing documents for meetings
  • Assisting with the training of new administration team members
  • Auditing data and working on related projects
    • To be considered for the position, you MUST have minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative position within financial services, as well as experience of using iO in previous positions. You must also have sound technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection, and be able to deliver high levels of client services.
