Their average fee is 22.5%, they pay commission monthly, they have no thresholds, have a huge client base, and promote consultants regularly in their high-achieving environment!This firm has one of the highest retention rates amongst life science recruitment firms, great employee work life balance, monthly travel and gym allowances, and quick progression and rewards for dedication.Principal Recruitment Consultant - Life Sciences - The Roles:This top-tier recruitment business are hiring in most teams (contract and perm), so if you have experience in life sciences recruitment, you can join an existing team, or branch out in a region of your choise in your specialism! Most of their placements are in the UK, US, Nordics, Asia & Germany.There are warm clients already there to deliver into, and you can also bring on your own clients from day one.The role would be a 360 principal billing position, there is the opportunity to progress into management/ team leader positions further down the line. The office have a nice balance between office based and remote WFH options as well.Principal Recruitment Consultant - Life Sciences - The Offer:

Basic salary up to £70k (DOE and billings)

Commission structure up to 30%

Uncapped commission, no thresholds

Monthly travel allowance and gym allowance

Yearly salary reviews
