The successful candidate will: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team, who has extensive experience of the investment Management business. Our team is responsible for defining and extending our product offering to deliver industry leading services onour strategic platform. The role includes designing new product solutions in partnership with our Sales, Technology, and Operations teams. Our teams also support Pre-Sales activities, RFP responses, and due diligence activities as we commence planning fornew client onboardings. Role

• Create and maintain standard product and client solutions that provide flexible, scalable and profitable multi-client capabilities which enhance our platform architecture and client experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product roadmap for a functional domain, which includes detailed analysis of new strategic capabilities, client solutions, and market driven change.
• Assist sales, solution and design presentations for our clients and prospects in region
• Become recognized as a Middle Office expert analyst and trusted advisor internally, in sales and to our clients

Responsibilities

• Create and present standard product capabilities throughout sales, due diligence, and implementations process
• Support product development for multiple highly complex new global capabilities e.g., multi-region processing, intraday data services, data management solutions or new target markets e.g., hedge funds, insurance companies
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver new products and services to meet client and market needs
• Lead sessions on creation of product marketing strategies and materials
• Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams including relationship managers, operations, technology, etc.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide strategic direction on product competitors, client trends and market status.
• Act as the product champion and part of cross functional Domain comprising Product, Technology and Operations.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 10-12 years experience of the investment management business
  • A deep understanding of front office and middle office processing requirements
  • Knowledge of more than one investment manager and investment operations platform
  • Practical understanding of end-to-end middle office services and downstream data requirements
• Product management, consulting, or software company experience
  • A firm grasp of product management principles and methodologies
  • Practical knowledge of designing new solutions, selling to clients, and delivering new capabilities
• Service provider experience
  • Experience in the sales cycle, implementations, and ongoing support for Middle Office services
• Client facing skills and demonstrated ability to lead and influence partners at all levels of the firm, clients, and other third parties
• Bachelors degree in business management or related discipline, or equivalent a work experience
