Job Description

Principal Analyst BSS / CRMExciting opportunity for a Principal Analyst to join a global leader in the TMT research and consulting sector and cover the BSS and CRM market.You will be the leader of the BSS research programme working with the largest names in the industry as well as many of the emerging players and telcos. You will either have experience covering BSS or come from an industry background such as Product Managementor Marketing within BSS.As well as producing industry-leading content for the BSS research programme, you will contribute to the BSS portion of telecom technology forecasts and engage directly with clients on custom projects.You will work closely with the Sales team to connect with new and existing clients identifying their needs, addressing their questions and delivering presentations in order to increase sales and ensure renewals.Your work will help clients with market-facing activities like speaking at events and writing papers, as well as internal activities related to their strategic needs.Your contribution will have an immediate impact for internal teams and clients needs, influencing strategic decisions and providing thought leadership on the subject.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and delivering original research content for the BSS programme
  • Analysing data and formulating a qualitative opinion on the basis of that analysis
  • Acting as the BSS subject matter expert, both internally and externally
  • Interacting with clients and building peer relationships within the industry
  • Working on custom projects in your field of expertise
  • Presenting your findings to clients in regular meetings, and at industry events

Requirements:
  • You have demonstrable experience in a research role in any area of BSS and the Telecoms industry.
  • You enjoy analysing and interpreting data and creating engaging reports to communicate the patterns and trends that you find.
