A large independent multidiscipline organisation with key expertise in sustainable transport, land development and engineering consultancy delivering solutions to clients worldwide currently have an urgent requirement for a Principal/Associate Air QualityConsultant to provide technical leadership and manage and develop the air quality team in their London based office.Qualifications:Qualified to BEng/BSc level or equivalentRelevant post graduate qualification FIAQM or MIAQMExperienceDemonstrable experience of air quality consultancy at Associate/Principal levelProject managementBusiness developmentSignificant demonstrable experience of undertaking air quality assessmentsStrong communication (oral and written) and team management skillsClient and regulator liaisonExperience of ADMS models and GISIdeally Experience of:Climate change assessmentsMicro-climate assessmentsCarbon footprintingExperience of Microsoft office suite of programmesAbility to effectively manage projects, budgets and time.Experience of managing small teamsDutiesTo provide technical leadershipTo manage and develop the air quality teamTo manage air quality and multi-disciplinary consultancy projectsTo liaise with clients and project teams, both internal and externalTo develop new businessMonitoring and/or modelling (DMRB, ADMS-Roads and ADMS-4) for EIAs, planning applications and expert witness workCarbon footprinting proposed developments, and climate change, daylight/sunlight and wind assessmentsProjectsair quality assessments of urban extensions of 5000+ homesMajor new settlementsResidential and Mixed use developmentsRegeneration projectsWaste facilitiesMineral sitesLocal Authority LAQM and LTP workBenefitsOpportunity for career progression,Training and development programmesExposure to stimulating and a broad ranging project workExcellent SalaryProfit Related BonusContributory PensionInterested in this or other roles in Air Quality Please do not hesitate to contact Amir Gharaati on or call .
