Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Prime Brokerage Sales person. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by cultivating and maintaining relationships with boutique institutionalclients, smaller hedge funds, and boutique asset managers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our prime brokerage business.Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Retention:
  • Identify and target institutional clients, hedge funds, and asset managers to expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Actively promote and sell prime brokerage services, emphasizing our unique value proposition.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Analyze client portfolios and trading strategies to provide tailored solutions.
  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Possess a deep understanding of prime brokerage services, including financing, securities lending, clearing, and risk management.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our prime brokerage offerings to clients.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, risk management, and technology, to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in prime brokerage sales or a related financial services role.
  3. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
