Job Description

PRICING ANALYSTINSURANCE11 MONTH CONTRACT£700-£900 PER DAYLONDON OR REMOTE WORKIf you are a Pricing Analyst with experience working on Predictive Models in the Insurance space, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! This contract will put you at the heart of a global insurance company that specialises in insuring large or specialist items!THE COMPANY: This Global Insurance company is currently looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their Predictive Analytics team working to build data-evidenced pricing models for their coverage across large and specialist items. You will be working with 10s of millions of customers in a truly multinational business!THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:As a Pricing Analyst, you will be working with the Predictive Analytics team to:

  • Build predictive pricing models using SQL and Python
  • You will be working as a consultant to the wider business on all things predictive analytics, pricing, and data
  • Develop the overall capabilities of the Predictive Analytics team
  • Presenting and communicating recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Work as a project lead, owner, and manager independently or as part of a team
    • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEA successful Pricing Analyst will have the following:
  • Experience working in the Insurance to build pricing models
  • Skilled in SQL for Data manipulation, extraction, etc.
  • Strong in Python for predictive modelling and pricing
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Emblem would be extremely beneficial
