Job Description

Jupiter provides investment services to individual and institutional investors through mutual funds (UK unit trusts, Luxembourg SICAVs and Dublin OEICs), separately managed accounts and sub-advised funds. We offer our UK employees a 3:2 hybrid working arrangement where Tuesdays, Thursdays and a third day of your choice are worked from the office. The other two days may be worked from home. This facilitates collaboration and allows employees to maximise productivitywhilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance. BackgroundA new and exciting role which has been developed to play an important part in providing support to our global sales teams. The successful candidate will be a member of the dynamic creative services team, and will work closely with marketing colleagues, as wellas investment directors and fund managers. The candidates main responsibility will be to support Jupiters distribution objectives by producing and maintaining stand-out sales presentations and other marketing collateral. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to handle large data setsand technical content, and will be highly detail focused. The candidate will also work with other members of the broader creative services team on improving the design and digital elements of presentations and marketing material used across the firm, and will help to control the brand elements and the compliance approvalsrequired. The role will involve artwork and implementation of layout briefs for print, multi-media, online advertising, and other ad hoc projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain high quality sales and other presentations in partnership with marketing, sales and investment teams ensuring content is accurate, consistent and clear.
  • Materials include presentations, sales aids, multi-page brochures, and other collateral that may be used to support the sales process.
  • Provide creative support on digital campaigns across all markets, working closely with the wider team.
  • Ensure all collateral is approved according to the regulatory and legislative regime and ensure risks are identified, reported and managed accordingly.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are always followed.
  • Contributing to brand standards for projects and on-going enhancements.
  • Deliver collateral on time and in the most effective format.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Forge and execute innovative digital ideas.
  • Make effective use of Intelligence Bank, Jupiters cloud-based workflow, approvals and record-keeping tool.
  • An understanding of grid systems, composition, layouts, type, colour, trends and ability for creative layout throughout.
  • Working collaboratively with the other members of the wider team to drive quality and creativity and to help inspire and innovate.
Desired Skills / Experience
  • Detail driven with numerical aptitude.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Able to demonstrate strong layout and typography skills with a deep understanding of when and how to use colour, photography, and illustration.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and other presentation applications.
  • Intermediate/expert skills in the Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Well organised and able to work to deadlines effectively.
  • A flexible approach and able to self-prioritise work.
  • A team player.
  • Asset management marketing experience.
  • Proven knowledge of the retail, wholesale and institutional markets served by Jupiter.
  • Demonstrated capability for self-learning and self-motivation with the ability to solicit support when required.
