This investment is fuelling RFIs rapid growth ambitions and is instrumental in the buildout of the companys DaaS offering.Job Tite: Presales ConsultantRole HighlightsRFI Global is developing a new product offering in addition to the existing council offering (syndicated market research presented to clients in a report format). This Data-as-a-Service product enables clients to self-serve and access the data directly,in order to get additional insights and combine it with their own data for reporting and analysis purpose.This is a customer-facing role where you will be in charge of managing pilots with customers, conducting proof of concept trials and demonstrating the solution working alongside the sales team. You will provide technical support to the sales team and workwith the customers to propose solutions to fit their needs and requirements.Organisational Alignment

  • Reports to the Lead Product Manager
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the global and local sales teams (account managers) and client success
  • This position isnt assigned to a particular geography and type of account, but is rather expected to support the business globally based on business priorities
  • This position requires flexibility to work across time zones, especially Australia i.e. early mornings or late evening calls for UK-based candidate
  • May also include travel to customers premise when it is safe to do so
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the conversion of pilots in new and existing customer sales from initial opportunity through to results
  • Provide support for the sales team
  • Deliver high quality demonstrations of their complex software offerings
  • Provide ROI analysis to the customers
  • Provide customers with business cases and solutions that fit their needs
  • Understand the commercial and operational needs of the customers
  • Support the sales team with tenders/RFPs
  • Be seen as a product expert
Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience working within a pre sales / solutions engineer / customer excellence / customer experience position within a SaaS company
  • Proven experience in demonstrating software solutions to potential and current clients
  • Ability to deliver proof-of-concept and demonstrate ROI to customers based on their needs
  • Strong customer centric approach
  • Technical skills include data analysis, BI and data transformation tools
  • Familiarity with BI tools, database management and data analysis
  • Curiosity to learn about financial services and RFi Groups data to build a whole new business line for the company
