We are lookingfor an experienced practitioner who has experience of supervising staff and can demonstrate initiative and ambition to lead and shape the Central SASH service and work very closely with the Team Manager.This is a non-case holding role and typical duties includesupervising adolescent practitioners(Similar to a Childrens practitioner) holding case consultations with SASH area teams and the Family Safeguarding Service and working closely with Rapid Response / ARC / CAMHS and Families Together Programme to avert crisis.Tosupport children and young people in achieving positive outcomes through delivering interventions to young people with the following presenting issues:Child Sexual and Child Criminal ExploitationHomelessnessFamily Breakdown - preventing children becomingLooked AfterYoung People Missing from HomeYoung People at risk of neutralisationChildren becoming Looked AfterRehabilitating Young People home after a period of being Looked AfterYoung People in the Criminal Justice System and at risk of entering the systemTo manage a team of staff, providing performance management and supervision to achieve targets and deliver an effective service.Apply now for a confidential discussion
