Company profile In this PR Account Executive graduate job, you will be joining a fast-growing London-based agency specialising in video games and e-sports. They help manage global consumer and corporate campaigns across all sectors of the industries, from gaming hardware and technology to launching games or running tournaments. Creating brand strategies and helping to shape their client’s identities, they’re now looking for someone to join and help build communities together! Job description In this Junior Account Executive graduate job, you will be working across several accounts within either gaming or esports. Your responsibility will be to deliver primarily media relations support; including drafting briefing notes, conducting research, liaising with journalists and clients, tracking media coverage and reporting. You will have plenty of exposure to social media, marketing and content, as well as the opportunity to manage and attend events! Key responsibilities In this Graduate Account Executive graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Brainstorming and conducting feature research
  • Monitoring coverage, event schedules and weekly activity reports
  • Producing and disseminating story pitches, press releases, case studies and articles
  • Assisting with campaign planning and implementing all aspects of a media relations programme (including pitching stories, organising interviews, event management support, photography shoots, tracking and collating relevant clippings).
  • Building relationships with writers, reviewers and influencers
  • Scheduling team, client and conference calls and ensuring agendas are created and delivered in advance
  • Taking meeting minutes and issuing post-meeting reports and actions
  • Ensuring client reports are completed and delivered on time
  • Maintenance of press and analyst databases
    • Job requirements
  • A 2.1 degree from university
  • Some relevant PR experience (corporate or consumer)
  • A passion for video games and esports industry
  • A strategic mindset with previous campaign experience would be useful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A good understanding of the media landscape
  • A willingness to travel
  • A motivated and organised team player with excellent people skills!
