Job Description

Job: Portuguese ReceptionistHourly rate: £11.95Hours: 8am to 5pm - Monday to FridayNearest tube: KnightsbridgeAn Oil and Energy company based in Knightsbridge is looking for a Portuguese Receptionist on a temporary basis working from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Responsible for opening the office in the morning at 8am
  • Responsible for taking calls and directing them to the right person
  • Dealing with post and couriers for the company
  • Setting up of meeting rooms
Requirements for job:
  • Reception experience in any industry
  • Fluent in Portuguese
  • Must be able to travel to Knightsbridge for an 8am start to open up the office for the rest of the staff
  • Available immediately, this is a temporary assignment
